Shari Chavez Ergle was adopted in San Diego, California, and grew up in a military family. Shari moved 5 times in 5 years with her husband and settled in Hilton Head in 1998, then relocated to the Charleston area in 2000 and specifically the Daniel Island area since 2011.

Shari is a proud single mom to her son Kyle, who completed grad school in 2019 and started his career in Georgia. He and her grand puppy Daisy live in downtown Atlanta, GA.

Witnessing the challenges of improperly planned final life expenses within her own family motivated Shari to enter the financial service industry. She was determined not to leave her son burdened with navigating such matters on his own, prompting her to seek out knowledge in this area. This decision led Shari to embark on a career at Cornerstone, where she can further her understanding of financial planning essentials. Her main mission and purpose are to help educate others so they are not left in the position that she was during their loved ones passing.

Beyond work, Shari finds enjoyment in giving back and actively supporting causes within her community, giving a hand up to anyone who needs it. She is a proud former client of ECCO-East Cooper Community Outreach and Trident United Way since 2011.

In addition to traveling, she loves being a tourist in her own city. packing a bag for the day and heading out to see where the road takes her. She has a passion for photography, being at the beach, walking, and bike riding. She loves quality time with loved ones. and says what really feeds her soul is being by the water.
